A workshop exploring the exquisite depth of Pranayama
Pranayama is the relationship between ourselves and the divine in the body, experienced through mindful breathing, breath manipulation & mudra.
We will play with the breath and discover how profoundly we can be anchored in the NOW, through mastering our diaphragm, automatic nervous system and patience. Stretching the body first, opening the lungs, stilling the physical body and then sitting to practice the pranayama.
You will experience yourself in stillness, and be able to see more clearly how to move away from the endless chatter of the mind into an internal bliss.
You will discover how to calm, still and silence your mind. Experience an expanded sense of yourself, your thoughts and your awareness.
