In this 6-week series, students learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness.
Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras (sound currents) to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation.

Week 3: Meditation & Chanting
Week 4: The Chakras
Week 5: The Ten Bodies
Week 6: Deep Relaxation & Gong
All levels welcome.
PLUS you may attend unlimited classes beginning the first date of your series through the final class. This offers a wonderful opportunity to apply what you are learning in the series to other classes - while you explore different styles of classes and different teachers.
